Head of Premium Hospitality for Iconic Venue in Manchester £50k plus package I am currently working with one of Manchester's most iconic venues recruiting a Head of Premium Hospitality.
The Head of Premium Hospitality will oversee a unique premium hospitality concept at the venue and specifically be responsible for the day to day running of VIP areas.
We are looking to speak with candidates
Ensure all operational departments are working to the right standard
Facilitate coordination of the operational departments
Implement and monitor Security, Hygiene, safety and environmental policies
Monitor the performance of the logistic centres through the catering supply departments.
Ensure that all security and safety regulations related to the protection of our customers are respected.
Ensure that the terms of the company's contract with the client are adhered to in a professional manner
Ensure that a number of venues are operating with the same working practices and respecting all legal requirements.
Coordinate the industrial relationship strategy across Europe
Ensure that the Equipment Department is operating according to agreed standards and within the budget
Ensure that the IT department is supporting all departments in the most effective way.
Improve sales through maximising the performance and efficiency of the staff and innovation.
Management of departmental team:
Motivate and inform your management team.
Facilitate the development of your teams.
Establish and maintain good communication between your management team.
Responsible for the recruitment and training of your management team
Ensure the setting of objectives and regular assessments of your team.
Financial aspects of the job:
Co-ordinate all budgetary requirements to run the business effectively across Europe.
Investigate on any overspend and take all necessary operational decisions to meet budget requirements.

Language skills (fluent French and English ESSENTIAL)
Relevant managerial expertise
Financial and commercial knowledge
Catering and operational experience in a similar environment
