Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the HR team based at Witham St. Hughs on a temporary basis. The role is likely to last for 3 months but this could be extended based on business need. The successful candidate will support the HR team with Recruitment and HR Administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, and will be able to work effectively within a team environment.

Recruitment:
Assist with preparation of Job Descriptions and adverts for roles
Advertise vacancies both internally, externally and with agencies
Management of the recruitment agencies
Arranging interviews
Administer testing to candidates as part of recruitment process
Preparation of all HR documents relating to recruitment
Assist with organisation of Assessment Centres

Administration:
Ensure HR Database and systems are up-to-date
Produce monthly and weekly reports
Produce letters for employees i.e. Changes to Terms and Conditions, completed probation
Prepare reports for Graduate Training Programmes

Other:
Deal with adhoc queries i.e. requests for information from Line Managers and answering employee questions
Preparation of materials for recruitment and employee events
Booking of rooms and refreshments where required
Support payroll processes

Position Requirements

Requirements:
Versatile generalist administrator “ HR experience an advantage
Able to use technology to get the job done
Previous experience of recruitment admin an advantage
Able to work with minimal supervision if required
Able to deal with some ambiguity in their role and has the intellect to not see the world in black and white
Committed to helping the business succeed
Committed to high quality
Good team player and able to collaborate
Able to communicate using all communications channels and not fixated by email
Able to use their own judgment when dealing with more complex matters
Able to manage upwards and raise queries
Able to prioritise urgent and important tasks using their own logic
