This is a hands on marketing co-ordinator role, and the post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating and overseeing all marketing activity included but not limited to direct mail, email marketing, print, media advertising and POS. Your role will be to develop, plan and deliver agreed marketing plans for the company with the aim of supporting commercial and marketing strategy in a way which maximises return on investment.
*Initiate, plan and deliver marketing plans for the company to planned budgets and timelines. This also includes plans for cross trade, membership and colleague trade.
*Oversee design providing a brief, time scale and allocated budget, proofreading all designs and copy, signing off samples and proof copies. Post holder shall hold excellent copy writing skills.
*Create and manage marketing budgets to support the commercial and marketing strategy. Track understand and control actual spend against these budgets.
*Evaluate performance and results of the marketing plans / initiatives taking action and ensuring ensure continuous improvement.
*Plan, implement and deliver campaigns / initiatives, which assist in successfully delivering strategic goals. Prepare presentations, quotes and tenders and as well as general marketing activities such as event coordination and working with third party agencies.
*Build and manage good working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to gain buy in to marketing initiatives and successfully manage their expectations.
*Responsible for ensuring Marketing services meets its agreed service level agreements (SLA's)
*Support the retail network by championing local marketing activity and initiatives
*Utilise the customer insights available through CRM to build targeted marketing campaigns.
*The successful candidate will have previous marketing management / supervisory experience preferably from a travel background.
*Leads by example and will have an excellent knowledge of the latest marketing techniques with a drive and passion to drive our marketing strategy forward.
*You will have the ability to develop and deliver marketing plans that support the strategic aims of the business and are an effective communicator with the ability to influence, develop and build relationships with key stakeholders.

You will ideally be a degree holder or equivalent, qualification/experience within Marketing with At least 3 - 4 years at senior operational level (Marketing) Travel experience is desirable but not essential, you will be able to demonstrate successful marketing campaigns and have knowledge and understanding of customer profiling and insights
