The Role
Sprout are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic loans administrator to join our specialist team. An exciting career in consumer credit finance is available, liaising with clients and customers regarding the collection of arrears, customer complaints and most importantly customer service, and that's where you come in!

The role is full time, 36.25 hours per week, with a 45 minute unpaid lunch break to include two nights until 8:00p.m.
The Person
You will have a œcan do attitude, and will be expected to foster good working relationships with your colleagues. You will be motivated by achieving and exceeding KPI and service targets.

Requirements
12 Months experience within a collection/recovery role
Assisting with the collection and recovery of working accounts, ensuring the company rules and guidelines are adhered to at all times
Working with customers to resolve potentially complex financial and/or emotional situations and negotiate repayment terms to achieve the best result for all involved
Experience in Bacs/Direct Debit reports is essential
Customer contact via telephone, letter and email
Accurately updating all systems with relevant information
To undertake a range of complex and demanding customer and product related service, processing activities, in order to maximise service excellence and business performance
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
Proactively identifying and escalating fraudulent accounts to reduce losses to the Company
Acknowledge, escalating complaints, issues and problems to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer and the business in line with regulation
Working with colleagues and areas across the organisation to enable the delivery of consistently high standards of ˜seamless' customer service and achievement of customer service and sales targets
Suggesting and implementing operational process improvements, supporting colleagues to accept and adapt to the resulting changes, to deliver a better service for our customers and/or improve efficiency
Supporting your line manager and, where necessary, supervising allocated activities to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the team and company
Proactively providing advice, coaching and support to less experienced colleagues to embed best practice and in support of their personal development objectives
Proactively developing the necessary knowledge
