Ref: 16/913 We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to join the team at our new unit at Riverside Road- Derby, England.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Support the Catering Manager in achieving the units targets and goals.
Operation of dish washing machine.
Cleaning of equipment, floors, crockery and cutlery working to a detailed schedule when required.
Operating tills and cash handling.
Completion of company documentation to comply with legislation.
Attend training sessions to remain up to date with skills and training.
Essential Criteria:
Experience in a similar role within Catering.
The ability to work as part of a busy team.
Knowledge of the HACCP System.
Knowledge of COSHH.
Desirable criteria:
Level 2 Award in Food Safety and Catering or equivalent.
Hours of work : Various contracts available

Rate of pay: To be discussed at interview
