Responsible for staff development and day-to-day management of the electronic and paper publishing group. Liaise with sponsors and global cross-functional teams, as necessary. Provide technical expertise to drive excellence in the design, processes, implementation, and delivery of regulatory submissions. Essential Functions: 1. Manage all publishing activities for the Regulatory Affairs Group. 2. Train and mentor publishing staff. 3. Responsible for oversight of the publishing team and performance on compilation and publishing of submissions. 4. Able to review and publish fully QC compliant reports and regulatory submissions using the relevant publishing software and tools. 5. Responsible for staying abreast of US, Harmonized (ICH) eCTD, and ex-US guidances and requirements to support regulatory submissions (e.g., INDs, IMPDs, CTAs, NDAs/BLAs/ MAAs). 6. We are recruiting for a rapidly expanding company who offer extensive earning potential and a chance to impact the direction of the company alongside the director. They offer a competitive salary of £18,000 basic with the opportunity to earn in excess of £24,000 OTE, 22 days holiday + bank holidays and free on site parking. About The Role: Working with the team you will support the company by offering the maximum number of sales opportunities to the senior insurance advisors, qualifying clients in the correct procedures and gaining all relevant facts by working efficiently ensuring compliance at all times.
