Reporting to the Systems Solutions Software Engineering Manager, and under general direction of the Engineering Leadership Team, the Oracle DBA provides support to internal programmes and for operational systems used by Systems Solutions customers. This role involves working on an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support to Operations. Skills & Experience Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or relevant subject to the role. Administration of Oracle / SQL Databases. A keen interest in technology with a willingness to learn. Good communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. The Role An opportunity has arisen to join our established Kent branch as an Education Advisor/Achievements Consultant. This is a key role working alongside our professional foster parents to give opportunities to the children and young people in our care. This is a full time role, which is partly office based in Sittingbourne, however you will also be expected to travel to meetings and events within the Kent area and a car allowance is provided. You Suitable applicants will have knowledge of the statutory education system, particularly in relation to children who are ˜looked after'. In addition you will have experience of working with statutory and voluntary providers of regional youth opportunities.
