Application Support (ERP, M3) - £35-40k - Leicester (home working) Growing organisation working around the world, flexible hours with 2 days home based work, supportive and collaborative environment, training and development and performance based bonus An Application Support Analyst is required by a global organisation at a busy and exciting time. I'm really proud to be able to work on this role, it's got a solid focus of Application Support for the Infor M3 ERP system. You'll get to travel by getting involved in project work and implementations which can happen in the UK or overseas. The environment is massively supportive, you'll be able to work from home 2+ (Depending on workload) days a week, get training and be rewarded for you hard work. The line manager was really keen to stress it's the people that make the difference and they are willing to invest in technology and talent to get the best people. The day to day duties of the role will involve application support of the Infor M3 ERP system, You MUST have experience of this to hit the ground running but additional experience with supporting similar ERP systems is welcome. You will have worked to support customers in multiple countries and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role will also involve some project and implementation work, you'll be required to do some travelling for this but not on a regular basis. In addition to Infor M3 experience with the following would be beneficial; EDI/MEC Java SQL HTML The Application Support team you'll work with are largely based overseas, you'll be in a busy environment but the Line Manager recognised that it's important to feel part of something. They are really keen to encourage engagement and communication, they want to maintain their friendly and dedicated atmosphere and reward hard work. This role is perfect if you have worked with M3 before and provided support to multiple countries/customers. You might have come from a development or application support background , maybe you don't feel valued or financially compensated or perhaps you just lack a challenge where are now?
