A Project Administrator is required by a pioneering Mobile Telecoms organisation. The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the PMO within Operations by performing administrative and organisational tasks across various programmes, projects and initiatives. The Project Administrator will receive and validate key reporting data from the reporting team and other applicable contributors to prepare and produce reporting packs and presentation material for key management meetings and general distribution flow. The Project Administrator will control the distribution of meeting packs with the use of a distribution list. Maintain and ensure that all recipients have completed the information sharing e-learning and have agreed to the competition law guidelines. The Project Administrator will be responsible for the distribution of PMO reports and updates to the management team and stakeholders. Ensuring that progress of each initiative is understood and driven in the correct manner. In addition to managing project administration, producing minutes, preparing reports and presentations and ad hoc admin tasks. Candidates will have previously carried out project support within a fast pace environment ideally within a PMO team. You will have a good working knowledge of project management principles and to identify potential risks and issues related to rollout and escalates where necessary. You will be a confident communicator skilled at interfacing with senior stakeholder teams and also have advanced Excel skills.
